One more thing to add

The Seacham is formalin 10% weight
The mardel is copper

I think he meant tank transfer method for ick.Its a way to cure ick but u need a couple tanks,u can do a search on here they have quite a few threads on it & if u follow the directions it is probably the safest.I have used copper power & cupremine & they both worked but If u go this route I would get a copper test, I use seachams copper test & it worked fine. My lfs said copper power isn't as harsh on fish (how true I'm not sure)but I used it & it worked for me

Honestly I am 80% with the copper power it's one time dose so I think it's safer

Tank transfer method is the safest. I prefer not to use chemicals and would also recommend the tank transfer method. Search for it in the forum search.

Works in 12 days, 100% effective. And is better for the fish than chemical treatment and much easier to do properly than hyposalinity.

After doing the TTM as per the recommendation Snorvich....it is by far the way to go. I currently have a Pink Streaked Wrasse in the TTM that I got from Live Aquaria. I have performed ithe TTM many times sofar with 100% success.
