My tank has been up for about 3 months now and was started with BRS dry rock and seeded with a few pieces of LFS live rock. Water parameters have been pretty stable, though still have some nitrates and phosphates that is likely contributing to the algae.

I'm seeing some white patches (pic 1) on my my LFS live rock. I'm thinking it's just some old coralline dying off, but wanted to know if it's anything to worry about. Also, I have patches of brownish/wavy algae (pic 2) on a lot of my dry rock. Is this anything to worry about? How can I get rid of this it it is?

Thanks for the help!

Thanks. I just added the turbo snails a couple days ago. The white patches are mainly on my LFS live rock (pic 1) that I think may have some coralline dying off.
