Okay, I'm not an electrician nor do I play one on TV. I'm a total moron, and not terribly techno-savvy. I just purchased five Meanwell LDD – 700 drivers for my LED build. Originally went with the ELN-48P's. Have decided that I wish to have proper dimming capabilities. Just ordered two Apex dimming cables to connect into my VDM. The resource I had who builds boards to adapt these drivers to an apex system is no longer available. Is anyone out there geek savvy enough to make one of these? Or do you have a source or can anyone push me in the right direction. The guy who was going to do it who I can no longer reach, was doing it for a very reasonable price. Thanks for any help you could provide.

All you really need is an arduino nano or similar and a few resistors, course you'll need to do a tiny little bit of soldering. Otherwise send O2surplus a PM he may have a spare converter board or two. they can also be picked up from a few of the DIY LED sites but cost more.

Or just post an ask for one on the big LDD thread.

I used these boards from RapidLED, http://www.rapidled.com/ldd-h-4-driver-board/?page_context=category&faceted_search=0 . I have 9 of them on my build. You can connect it to any controller that uses 0-5V PWM dimming.

You could also use just 1 of these (though more expensive): https://squareup.com/market/makersled/makersdriver-up-pro-1 You can control it with a controller that uses 0-10V Dimming
