I cleaned my equipment about 2 weeks ago and I now have micro bubbles coming out of one of my returns but not so much out of the other. I made sure everything is tight and it is but they still come out. It's a nuvo fusion 20 gallon. I did recently add a reactor but the bubbles where there before I did. I had no problems before the cleaning and there bubbles should be gone by now. Water flows smoothly over the baffles with no bubbles in the return baffle. Anyone have any ideas on what I should try?

shake the return pump a good amount. Something you can get pockets of air in there that will create micro bubbles and make sure pump is sitting level.

I know it is frustrating.

Actually I think it might be my skimmer. Water is flowing over the baffle a little more in one corner creating just a few micro bubbles. 3-4 at a time. I'll send pics. I tried wedging filter floss between the skimmer and baffle but made it worst.

are you using the ghost skimmer?

No that's a Aqua euro skimmer 2. Hard to tell but the water is flowing a little faster on the left corner over the baffle where the return is. It's weird because I didn't have this problem before. I lowered the flow out of the skimmer to the lowest I could and lowered the skimmer closer to the water to where it's flowing into the column opposed to falling into it.

lowering the flow in the skimmer can also create more micro bubbles.. that is what happened with me and my ghost. I am not familiar with that skimmer. I would make sure all pumps are level and air bubbles out and then throw in some filter floss.

Yea I might have to take out the pumps and put it back to see if that works. Maybe turn the intake around, it's facing the side that there's little bubbles. I also made it worst by messing with the skimmer and now the skimmer isn't foaming so I'll have to wait Til it is in a day or two. Thanks
