just an observation (filter sock)

I have a couple Clownfish in my tank that seem to be spawning on a regular basis. I woke up in the middle of the night and had to take a crap, but on the way back I shined a light into my tank. There was a ton of little babies floating around. Too small to deal with the current, but alive regardless. Anyways, that would have sucked to have had a filter sock on during this whole duration.. Damn near all of that natural food would have been lost. Some of my LPS corals would have been PO the next morning... :D

I know filter socks can be a valuable tool sometimes, but this was just meant to be food for thought. GL.
