Hi Guys noticed the other day my Scoly looks to have a portion of it damaged. Could this have been stung and if so what should to do to help it recover?

Can't really tell, but it does look like tissue damage. what kind of coral is that to the left of the Scoly? I would give it a dip maybe in Lugols or Revive.

I agree more info is needed. Could be from too much light as well

Just another Scoly in background and a willsoni to the left but out of sting range. There was a rock near it last wk with a Vermitied snail could that be the culprit? Only using eBay leds so wouldn't think it is too much light.. Thanks for your help guys

The vermetid snail would have had its mucus net out and irritated it. They hamper skeletal growth in corals and can kill them in time. So, yes the snail could have started the initial problem through constant irritation but it depends on how long the snail was near it. Days- probably not; months- maybe. It probably has been attacked by a bacteria/ protozoa combo so a dip could help.
