So I bought 5 of them like 1-2 months ago and a few assorted hermit crabs. Then one moth later my hermits start eating them. When I feed my fish I give them like a pinch of food. My hermits are Blue Leg Hermits and I think are jade hermits. And i'm pretty sure that I give them enough food because they don't attack my turbo snails

Margarita snails are actually cool water temperate snails, not tropical. They are most likely dieing from being at tropical temperatures, then being eaten by the hermit crabs.

+1 I would bet the hermits are more than likely just eating the snails as they die.
