If she is eating and swimming normally then she's fine. My anthias just sit upside/sideways in caves sometimes with its group.

well she is now MIA. apparently something was wrong. she is no where to be found. I don't understand how a perfectly healthy looking fish that is eating can just vanish overnight.

DO you have any crabs- they will eat their fill of a dead/dying fish, then stuff the rest in a crevice. other fish will eat on it and maybe break up a carcass and then pieces go into rock crevices or into sump. Sorry for your loss.
