Chiller questions

Thinking of adding a Nuvo 30 gallon to my office. I would buy the matching stand that has some space underneath. With filtration and skimmer in the back I was hoping to put my ATO and chiller underneath. Anyone see why this would be a bad idea? Could vents be added to the stand? Do chillers have to go outside of the cabinet?

Also, any recommendations on a brand and size? I'm thinking 1/10 HP would suffice. Some have recommended the Aqua Euro USA Max.
