Hi,
I jyst had a custom cabinet built and it is totally enclosed.. I think it will get humid in there. Should I cut a hole in the back of it? Should I put a fan or 2?

Any info on this would be great...thanks!

If it's totally enclosed, I would vent it. This is what I did with my canopy build:

The fans blown in. I also made screen covers:

Since heat rises i would cut vents lower on the back or side out of site and put fans on the top blowing out. This is how mine is with 3 M/H Bulbs in there and it does not over heat

Fan life in our tanks environment is tough enough as it is. Its better for fan longevity to have them blowing in cool dry air vs sucking out warm moist air.

That is true. . I have two 5 inch Cool Master Computer fans in the top of my Canopy. You can see in my profile image . they are about 2 feet above the water and been there 2 years now. They are on the Timer with the M/H LIGHTS so they do not run all the time.. about 7 hours a day.
