Does anyone know if Reeflo seals are truly Heavy Duty Silicon Carbide Seals (both sides being silicon carbide), or other materials? Are they non-magnetic, how long a life, are they made in the US and are they good for abrasive water? Any help would be appreciated. I see they are cheap to replace, but I also have been told they need to be replaced every 6-12 months. I have had no response from direct company inquire. Thanks!
