Thanks for the reply mark!
The coral that always gave me the biggest trouble regarding flow when they got huge, where montis.
When they got big, sometimes i was even forced to place a small pump blowing them,in order to keep them clean between the caps and especially under them.
So i decided to stay monti-free :p :p
Your seria on the left is huge!

How many fish do you have?

markalex
07/12/2015, 09:10 AM
5x anthias,2xchromis,1yt,1clown fish,1royal gramma,1damsel,sixline and a blue cheeked goby

Beautiful tank and I love the progression, thanks for showing it to us. Can you list lighting, bulb combination, daily schedule? Thanks.

Thanks for kind comments,Aqua chemist ive had loads of issues over the years not least monti nudis and aefw.On both occasions i threw the colonies in question in the bin as no amount of dip seemed to work. Then ive had all the usual like cyano, aiptasia, teddybear crabs and bubble algae.I think its all part of the hobby an absolute b**tard at the time but i would be supprised if any tank could get through without at least two of the above.
Markalot i was using up until feb this year an ati power module 8x54w but have changed to 2x sicce am466,and i suppliment them with a kessil 360 just cause i like the shimmer.I realise the sicce are not popular in the states due to lack of control(only sunrise/sunset)and the ridiculous price but i had seen some fabulous tanks in italy with them.I needed Something large as my colonys are big and shadowing would be a major issue so the sicces fitted the bill plus i got an excellent deal(nearly half price). To be fair ive had no losses, bleaching, browning since changing over-they don't have quite as much punch as the t5's but theres not that much in it but like t5's they produce no shimmer so i added a kessil.Bulb combos i tried many but a good all rounder is 4 super blues 3 new generation 1fiji purple all kz

Plenty of blue bottles buddy, got an aquatronica running things.Found the aquatronica to be incredibly reliable, ive had it over 5 years now and its never missed a beat-old hat i know compared with the likes of apex but loathed to change it.

Stick with the zeovit unless you do the all in one. Gonna fire up the zeovit reactor again best results ived had colors and growth .
