How much and how often should I feed my coral? I am going to have mostly softies (leather, mushroom, zoas, pulse, star polyps) and maybe a few sps. I have a T8 10000k 50/50 24" 17watt light and my tank is about 19" tall. Thank you!

I wouldn't worry about feeding any of the corals you mentioned above, just make sure your parameters are within reason and the lighting is sufficient. This will be key above all else.

Btw, you might want to think about upgrading your lighting. T8's are not really the best option when it comes down to illuminating a reef tank these days.

Me too, I feed reefroids using a long Bastet looking thing called a sea squirt. I feed ~1/16 tablespoon about an hour after lights out. Once I started feeding I saw really good growth from all of my corals, the zoa especially.

for the softies and the polyps, I usually broadcast once a week, but like cloak said you don't have to feed them at all.

They eat fish poo as predigested by bristleworms...or just passing mystery particulate stuff carried on the current. Ie, they do intake solid stuff, occasionally will snag a little additional from fishfood, but generally they eat water and light.

I feed my softies reef roids once in a while but they don't need it. I didn't use to feed them and all was well
