was wondering if someone could give me a little bit of insight please
This past may I upgraded my 90 gallon to a 125 gallon. everything except sand made its way from old to new tank. All livestock and coral moved with zero casualties. The new tank however has all new lighting and powerhead. I have had my nem for approx. 3 years now. He has been hosting my clown for just about as long. In the old tank he never moved. @ a month ago he just pretty much decided to start roaming. He hasnt detached from rock just keeps moving @ his rock cluster. Up and Down, Up and down.
he stays for a day or so then moves on. He eats like a champ. Mouth is sealed closed.
I feel as though it may be the change in lighting.
My old tank had 2 led systems.
1 marineland 10000k reef capable
and 1 Beamworks 10000k that i got off of ebay
I pumped 900 gph through the tank with added 2 hydor 750 gph power heads.

On the new tank I have
2 maxpect 160w R420R 16000K razors
The one over the nem ramps up to White 35% Blue 40%

I am using a Maxpect Gyre XF50 running at @40%

and my tank system turn @ is 1200 gph

all water params a pretty much perfect

My question is, are my light to low or two high? I am guessing that the new light are alot stronger than the old.
I am honestly at a loss for what to do her so any advice is appreciated

I should add that my old lights were simple on and off. On at noon, actinics at 8pm off at ten pm. The new lights have same schedule although they ramp up from 0 to 35/40% until 3pm then at 4 pm then ramp back down until 10.
