I was wondering when was the best time for feeding my coral wirh reef roids. Is it when light on or off, only actinic open? Give me your opinions for best result grow. And do you feed 1 time a week kk twice?

Imo, coral food should only be fed if you can control your nitrates and phosphates.

Yes i know i dont feed yet i just asking for be ready when it would be okay. I run rowa phos and my phosphate is near 0

If you are using lighting that ramps down I would feed once the lights have dropped below 10% of the maximum lighting intensity. If the lights are all on or off, wait at least 15 minutes after the lights go out. Many corals wait for the fish to go to sleep (lights out) before they fully extend their polyps.

I have a maxspect razor nano light. So i should wait that all of my light are out or only the white one are off

A good indicator for the feeding time is when the fish have gone to sleep (retreated into their caves or burrowed into the sand).

if you have a maxs[ect razor. you shouldnt be running your whites only. you should start with blue only and end with blue only.

I run both i use the preset1 from the compagnie

dont use the preset one imo. i max my white out at 60 fine algae grows faster with more white light.just my 2 cents.

I just mix it in with my frozen food. I feed it around the clock I guess.....
