Does anyone have any experience with these. I was thinking about a Deepwater Aquatics bldc for my new tank setup.
Thanks in advance.

I've had a Jebao DC12000 running a closed loop for a little over a year now and I've had no issues. I have one in the sump as a return pump as well.

Here's a good thread already on the Deepwater BLDC pumps: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2517045&highlight=deepwater
Another about adapting the BSP threaded fittings: http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2487626
Deepwater looks like the midrange above the likes of Speedwave and Jebao, but not as high quality as Royal Exclusiv, Abyzz, and likely Ecotech.

One thing that Deepwater recommended to me (without my even asking) was to immerse their pumps. Even though the BLDC pumps have a metal enclosure (I believe) to help dissipate heat better than other similar DC pumps, apparently the added heat dissipation via immersion is the way to go to guarantee pump longevity.
