So I have some truelumen pro leds in marine fusion. (I think) I won't be able to fade out the "whites" to have the blue on and then fade the blue off as well (or can I do that?) so I'm just looking for a way to fade them on and off together automatically. Right now it's just boom they're on time to wake up fish and I don't like that.
Obviously the cheapest solution is preferred, but just let me know what I'd need to do/buy and I'll look into it (that is, if what I'm talking about is even possible)

300w or 165w Timer Light will be fine, watch the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1rRkaY1LL2Y)

In that video that's a light with a built in timer. I'm not looking to buy new lights, like I said I already have the lights I want. Also I was basically asking about dimming the light over a set period of time on a timer type thing, and that video was just switching lights on and off.
So do you know of a way to do what I'm asking about?

Can you dim them manually?
Do they have a connection (usb, rj45, perhaps just a microphone jack) that lets them be connected up to some sort of controller?
It the answer to these is no then there is no easy way of controlling sunrise and sunset apart from a simple off and on.

If your light is basic light, you can dim the basic ones with the Reef Keeper or APEXI controller
Thank you

If money is an issue then just realize you do NOT need sunrise/sunset functionality at all.. Its just a "cool" feature to show off..
If you "must" have it then look into LED lights that have that functionality built in..

+1
My DT's have sunrise/midday/sunset/moonlight because I like to see the tank change during the day. But my work tank and frag tank are just on/off. I do start and end the blue channel an hour before and after the white channel, but it's not a big deal.
Your fish and corals will be just fine without the effect. If you really want the effect, be prepared to spend 50% to 100% more for the fixture.

I can dim them manually. There's an inline dimmer that I can physically twist to dim/adjust them.
I'm not sure about ports. I think there's just a power cable port.
I found this, would it work to dim the lights on/off over a period of time?

Again, I'm not looking to buy new lights. I'm just seeing if I have the ability to do sunrise/set with what I have. If not, oh well. I just have no idea about lights and need help understanding how this all works.

It will only work if you have the Current fixtures listed as they have the connections needed. The controller is not plug and play for other fixtures.

There is more than likely nothing that will work short of a digital/hack version of the manual dimmer on there and that would require you to take apart the dimmer and show whats in there and generate a schematic and do soldering/follow schematics,etc...

I do, as stated in the first post I have the true lumen pro leds, and they are on the list there so I've already purchased it.

I know. But my clowns FREAK out when the lights go on and off. I'm not really looking for a full blown rise/set with color changes and all that, just want to gradually turn the lights on and off. And that dual ramp timer will do that, and the channel specific if I want to mess with that in the future.
