Black worms and cut up clams. Feed more often.

+1. Get some clams and freeze them. Throw one in the tank it will open a small slit. The copperband will pick at it for hours. For bloodworms you can buy frozen and put a cube in a small net and let the fish pick at it.

Skip the bloodworms. They are like brine shrimp. Fish will eat them, but they do not contain a lot of nutrition. Get live blackworms or white worms.

Plus, bloodworms are not really worms, they're larvae with an exoskeleton that makes them hard to digest.

Just wanted to add that eating nutritious food but not gaining weight could be a symptom of an internal parasite. It may be necessary to treat the fish with a dewormer, like levamisole.

Nope. Mysis don't have much nutrition in them. They are ok but you really want to supplement with other foods. Get some stuff from the seafood dept at the grocery store. Freeze, mince and feed. And order some black worms! They store easily and make the best food. My fish have a fish-gasm for them.
