My wife hates how the collection cup of the skimmer looks nasty. Does anyone have any ideas how i may be able to "mask" the inside the cup so the skimmate in the cup doesnt look so gross.

I was thinking maybe "tinting" the collection cup?

I know for sure there has got to be other people on this forum that has a wife that is requesting the same thing.

Help a bro out.

LOL how would you see what's in it?

Yeah some form of tinting that you can see though up close would be an idea.

Well what im thinking is if you have low visibility tint you could still see that there is skimmate inside, but you wouldnt see its brown green color. Im just trying to mask the color.

Taillight lens tint spray? That sounds like that could be ok. Anyone ever try that on?

It works just fine..
The more coats you do the darker it gets..

You can always just put a thin vertical strip of tape and remove it after tinting so you have a "clear" sight line to check skimmate levels.

My lord. The way it looks bothers her?

Mine smells worse than my colon after a long night of drinking.

Strip of tape vertically down one side... Then spray paint it... Remove tape ( that way you can still see in)
