Apex Display is black

My Apex display is black... I changed out the EB-8. and moved around the Usb connections to even try other EB4 's I have.....everything seems working fine...but display is out. The unit is new, about 9 to 12 months old, but only setup 3 months now. I just added it to my new 500 gal tank .
Any ideas? Or do I need to send it out for service?

Thanks...I will try it....

I used my backup display and it worked fine...so not sure why my screen went black...
