This is my first time I have had any SW fish lay and have a mate to fertilize. Is this common with black axils? I see post on greens and blues but not this particular species. I'm sure they will get ate or may not even hatch but I'm happy to see I have a pair. There are maybe 100+ eggs layed on the glass right now and they are both protecting them.

If I can be pointed to any info on how to take care of them and info on hatch time and stages I will certainly try. I have 7 years experience breeding and raising FW angles. So once they hatch I'm sure it's the same routine live BBS small food. Etc

Look at mofib website, they are actially hard to raise as they are fairly underveloped fry, you need to start them on the smallest of pods and work them up to rotifes then bbs and such
