I have a 5" Undulated Trigger in a 90 gallon by himself. When shopping for a Protein Skimmer should I be looking at small, medium or large bio load handeling?

Thanks

Are you going to be leaving the trigger alone in the tank for its whole life?... Just curuious cause I had a small undulate in a 90 gallon system for a while with other fish.... All was fine..... Until one morning

Will always be by himself.

I am no pro, but I would say medium and also think about how often and what you plan to feed. Heavier foods will fall and stay at the bottom while mysis shrimp and the sorts will work it's way into the filtering system.

Sounds Fishy

It all depends on what and how much you feed. The Undulated Trigger I had grew fast and had a big appetite.

I bought an Aquamaxx that is rated for a 175. I feed a lot!

Live Aquaria says that MIN tank size for this fish is 180 gal and your fish can get a foot long. I'm not being the tang police but you really should rethink this.
