I am looking for that one fish that really puts my reef where I want it. I really love the Achilles tang. My LFS has a great looking specimen about 3 inches and thick. Would this tang be ok in my 125 gallon reef? It would be my only large fish.
2 clowns
3 dispar Anthias
Royal gramma
Flasher wrasse
Firefish
Tank stats
125 gallon DT 72x18
55 gallon sump with refugium
Mixed reef LPS and softies now
About 35x tank turn over
This would be my last fish and obviously my only tang. Just wondering if you guys think I would be alright? If not maybe a good recommendation for a show fish I guess. Just looking for something different than the usual yellow tang. I'm aware of their fragile reputation as well.

Honestly if you want an achilles tang to be happy you have to build a tank around them. 6ft with a LOT of water movement. They move fast and love doing it. If your tank can handle the water flow I'd say go. Just be very very very carefully of Ich
