I am currently on my 5th tank transfer, which will be done tomorrow morning. I have also been doing formalin baths ranging from 30-50 mins in between the tank transfers. So far the fishes are looking way better (no mucus on the clown, no ich spots on the yellow tang, the chromis and diamond goby are eating like cows.)

However I noticed yesterday afternoon that the clown has stopped eating, would swim up to food and turn away. I also noticed a bit of stringy poop and also caught him swimming back in forth from one end of the tank to the other rather quickly. What I believed was maybe it might be flukes? After witnessing these symptoms, I dosed prazipro. Hopefully this would cure his symptoms?

When I do the 5th tank transfer/formalin bath tomorrow, it would be about 48 hours since the prazipro was dosed. I read I should skip a dose of prazipro on the 5th tank transfer and redose on the 6th? Is this correct?

No need to use prazi when doing formalin baths. Formalin is very effective against flukes but it's much harsher on the fish than prazi which is why prazi is preferred. I've had to use formalin against a resistant strain of flukes. Using several meds on a fish at the same time can be counterproductive as the fish is already stressed.

That's what I read, however my clown didn't want to eat as well as having stringy poop, and was also swimming back and forth as if he was trying to get air into his gills. He's going on his 4th formalin bath tomorrow, and I was a bit worried. Figured I dose prazi, could there be a different type of parasite that I'm not treating for? I'm still going to continue the baths till I reach 6, the mucus from brook is gone and he looks real healthy, just stopped eating.

I've noticed a white spot right in the middle of my clownfish's chin. No spots anywhere else or on the other fish. Sunday will be the 12th day as well as the 6th ttm. No idea what it is, will try to post a pic in a bit.

Ok let's go back and reassess. Why did you think he had flukes which is why you dosed prazi?

I dosed prazi when I noticed him having stringy poop, wasn't really eating ( would spit out mysis/pellets). And at a point was swimming from one end of the tank to the other as if to get flow into his gills. I have been doing formalin baths to combat the brook that broke out in my tank a week and change ago.
