I made this tank with 3/8" glass. It's 30" x 20" x 20"
It's about 5 years old.

Did you use double silicon seam (structural and secondary) or single?

I used spacers. But pretty thin ones.

What do you mean spacers?
To hold the pieces of glass apart, so I could get a even layer of sealant between them.
