I'm needing help with chloramine removal. We have been using bulk pellet carbon on the front end of a softener unit. We moved our facility and it's been a nightmare ever since. It may have been a problem before but since the move I've been tasked to monitor water quality.

Our softener service seems oblivious to the dangers of ammonia.

We use a minimum of 1,000 gallons daily. Daily usage at times can approach 3,000 gallons. Current holding capacity is 4,000 gallons.

Do you offer a bulk carbon we can use? We'd need to purchase the cylinders as well since the ones we have belong to the softener service.
