Hello I have a 100 gallon tank (60x20x20) with a middle reef construction so the fish can swim around and through some holes.
I would like to get a pair of Acanthurus Pyroferus.
Do u have any tipps for me? Whats the best size? Should i get them at the same time? Sex differences? Etc?
Thank you! :)

Very small and one bigger than the over at the same time into the tank.
Or the larger fish a little later.
No sex difference.
The tank is a little bit undersized for two Acanthurus in my opinion.

Do tangs even pair up? I thought the were more grouping fish and then mass spawn with no clear pairing.
And yes a lil on the small side for 2

I have another question how big is very small? And how much bigger should the other tang be?
Greetings Marten :)

Smallest you can find. The largest you will find for sale will be around 4-4.5" more than likely
