You will have to offer more details like driver type and what kind of control you want.

drivers are dc-dc 10w 12v 900ma constant current each led (48) has its own driver. Looking for dimming control and possibly automatic control

panel is 4ft x 9in originally had 96x 3w leds in it but i changed to these 10w leds. I was trying to post some pics of the panel but I keep getting upload error

Do you have a link to the datasheet for the drivers, brand name and model?

If they are controllable then odds are they are PWM, like most of the DC - DC drivers are.

china made no brand bought from ebay

Input Voltage: 12-24V DC
Output Voltage: 9-12V
Output Current:900ma+-5%

Okay, do they actually have an input for 0-10V or PWM control? This sounds like they are just on/off control.

no input for 0-10 or pwm.
