I'd appreciate your advice on this:

1) Will the 28W & 55W true actinics ever be available?

2) If I bought the kit; PFO-2X55, could I mix a 65W 10k bulb with one if the other 55s in the same dual fixture?

Yes, they said about 6 weeks, this was about 6 weeks ago, so hopefully will be instock very soon.

Yes, you can run any panasonic/japan style 55watt or 65watt bulb. The 65watt would only run at 55watt's of intensity.
