Tank has been set up for over 2 years now. Every time I turn off all circulation, (water changes, clean power heads, Pics) I have tiny bubbles that look like are coming from the live rock. Not many, but plenty to easily notice. I left my power heads off for several hours, and there is still tiny bubbles coming from the rocks. So needless to say there is what looks like micro bubbles in the water. Tank is 210 reef with clean up crew and 16 fish. Why? Anything I need to be concern about?

Perhaps what your seeing is oxygen being produced through photosynthesis. (algae growth) Are the bubbles there in the morning before the lights come on?

I get this all the time. Its from algae releasing O2. I always get it stuck in airpockets under overhangs too.

Could it be nitrogen gas being released? I have the same problem. It's beyond annoying because there is so much. I have noticed the bubbles are forming under the very brightest part (LED) of the tank and not the sides.
