Trochus snail is just casually crawling around all over a small mat of GSP in my tank.

And I wondered....

What if I just glued a tiny bit to his shell?

I mean, you see snails with algae trails all the time. Why not some GSP?

You can, but the snail can also transfer the gsp all over the tank and you will not like it if the gsp over takes the tank

I've got a hermit with a kenya tree on his shell. No I didn't put it there.

GSP is actually our favorite... Lol. We only keep really simple things.

So I guess I'll do it. I'll post results in a few days.

i had a clam completely covered by GSP a long time back. looked really cool. ... of course as long as your goal is to get more GSP...

Trust me, you will reach a point where you dislike GSP. I once loved my blue mushrooms, but when that was all there was - not so much.

you can glue gsp to anything and it will likely grow. maybe even your toilet bowl

Plenty of phosphates and nitrates passing through there, but probably too much ammonia.

For the life of me, I have never had good luck with mushrooms. They never grow or multiply. Maybe that makes me lucky?

Dude x2.

I don't know if something is eating them or what, but every small colony I've ever gotten has just disappeared. I had a couple of sweet gold ones a while back that suddently dropped off the earth too. Pretty bummed about that.
