best place to buy cleaner kits of snails and crabs

I suggest crabs or snails but not both; crabs kill snails.

ya i am going with snails i think and maybe a few of the dwarf blues, but mainly snails. and i want a few peppermint shrimp and maybe a sally lightfoot. i need to replenish my clean up crew

Yep! I have hermits and snails, they seem to be doing ok so far in my tank. I don't know how long hermits normally live, but all of my larger ones seem to have slowly disappeared.

Reef Cleaners CUC tend to be on the small side. You'll need to provide the hermits with bigger shells or they'll just die off.
