Looking for a new reef tank. Somewhere between 60" and 72". My preferred would be 66"L x 30"D x 25"H. I realize 66" is an odd size, but if 60" and 72" will be custom anyway, guess 66" is doable? Looking for internal overflow on one end only.
This tank will be mounted IN a wall, BUT viewable from BOTH sides.
I'd like Saffire glass as an option, unless anyone that has is tells me its not worth the $?
I got a price already of $3779 for 60x30x25 and $733 to add starphire glass for front and back panels. $600 more to go 72". This is Coast to Coast Aquariums. Seems high to me. Opinions?
OH, what really seems high to me is the $ of the stand....$1850--Steel. If I don't go with their stand, there is no warranty on the tank. Stand is bare metal (powder coated). Then I'd have to get fancy cabinet/woodwork.
Thoughts, suggestions, other brands to look at? Thanks, Tim
