Need to see the rest of the body and more importantly the head of the snail. It's probably OK but would like to see the whole thing first. Would be good to get a shot of it on the glass wall to see it's underside also.

It resembles a Mexican Turbo snail but they usually are darker shell color. I'd say it's probably ok to keep it.

It looks kind of like a Collonista snail. These are just harmless grazers that sometimes hitchhike there way into our tanks.

Not 100% sure, possibly turbo ^ from the shape of the shell but it looks too big to be collonista and different shell shape :)
Some collonista snails that hitchhiked into my tank: http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/11/11/c35b63906e621365fbc9baff7824b8ac.jpg
By the way, if you ever get any of these that have black markings (not brown) they're not collonistas (Collonistas have brown markings with a white shell); the ones with black markings are Sundial snails that will eat zoas ~ not reef safe.

Here's a picture of some Collonista snails I pulled out of my tank just for comparison.
