What kind of snails do you have in your tank? Maybe we can rule out some of the possibilities.

I have a few turbo and trochus and a tiger conch

I think both the Turbo & the Trochus snails are broadcast spawners, so it might be the Tiger Conch. Do you have any other invertebrates in your tank?

Only a skunk cleaner shrimp...maybe some sand-critter is responsible?

The hermit crabs is another possibility. I tried doing a search on hermit crab eggs, hermit crab breeding etc and not much came up, but there were a few pictures of some eggs that did have that same golden color to them.
Maybe somebody else will chime in here soon with an idea. GL

I saw the same...pics of eggs look similar but I couldn't find a pic of them in the same type of clear membrane...hmmm
