I got this rock full of mushrooms recently. I managed to take some pictures with my cell phone last night. The bubbles perked up pretty quickly after I placed them in the tank. They are slightly yellowish (despite the blue/green in the pics).

Are these proper bounce mushrooms? If not, what are they? Bounce or not, how much are they worth per polyp? Thanks!

(sorry for the overly blue light, the white balance is pretty off with my cell phone, and they were in full blues in my Radions by then)

Thanks for the ID. How much do you think a 1" frag of that is worth? Not sure if I got a good deal or not, but wouldn't mind fragging some.

Those are not Ricordea's, they are Rhodactis mushrooms that have a few bubbled polyps. They could be St Thomas but not sure. Can you take a picture without the blue lights?

These are Ricordea all accept for the one on the bottom right, that is a Rhodactis.

No ...and they're also not St. Thomas (which are discosoma sp.)

The mushrooms rishu_pepper has are ricordia yuma. However, it would be beneficial to have better, less blue pics for a 101% ID confirmation.

Sorry, but the above pic is not a bounce mushroom.

I will take some pics later today without the blues for further ID purposes.

They look more like bubbling Lavender hairy mushrooms

Here are some less blue pictures, if they help with the ID:

Definitely rhodactis sp. with a weird bubbling fringe/skirt.

Thanks for the confirmation.

How much do you think I could ask for for a 1" frag? It's on a disk and nicely attached now, and has some of the bubbles.

I have not seen a shroom with tumors just on the outer rim. The one I have that is close but not fully developed is "Cloudy Skies" bounce shroom. Sorry for the poor picture had to use my cell phone
