need help about Apex fusion and energy bar

i am a newbie on this

i have the following issues :

1. I have eb6 energy bar but it is showing as EB8 on the fusion
2. on fusion the status of the energy bar is incorrect, when it is showing on but in fact the plug is showing as off.

any one knows how to fix this ?

i tried to reinitialised the outlets, reload the firmware , update the firmware for the energy bar but nothing seem to work
