Aquamaxx Skimmer Tank Size Ratings ?

Reading great things about these skimmers, and I'm a big fan of Sicce pumps. The prices look great. My question is, would you say their advertised tank size ratings are accurate, or is this a skimmer you need to go up in size for? And if so, how much?

I don't want to go TOO big, because my system will be new and there won't be much bioload at first. But I don't want to have to upgrade soon either. Or I could use an Eshopps PSK-200 in the meantime, while my system grows...

Divide the Aquamaxx ratings in 1/2.

Thank you. I hate how some rate them "spot on" and others overrate. I don't want to have to keep track of it all. lol Especially being out of the hobby completely for almost 4 years!

I've got a Cone S Q2 on a 120. Its rated for up to 250g and is working well. I think it would be nearly silent if I didnt have it sitting on eggcrate.
