I have to disagree on the first one (C. pylei) and that last one; C. katherinae (although an argument could be made those are the same thing).

Whoever started calling those Philippine 'mutts' katherinae is driving me insane. A side by side comparison with the already recognizable temmincki 'Cebu' with the Northern Philippines "katherinae" shows indistinguishable fish, due to their high variability. Facial coloring and markings, dorsal and anal fin patterns, inconsistent back markings, inconsistent girdles, and other markings are just too variable within the region. Add to that how easily the range can be extanded geographically, it is the same fish. 'We' ae just muddying the water, so to speak, in continuing to identify it as "katherinae". But I am afraid the hobby and suppliers will only continue this.
