Hi reefers.. im building my own setup 2 replace the fluval edge 50l im running as a salty, the main tank will be a similar size 500x345x500h with a sump tank 400x300x400h. Currently my setup is running with the hang on filter from fluval 450lph containing roaphos, carbon, polyfilter and sponges. This system so far has done me 9mths without to much hassle : )
My question is.. im planning on using this filter to supply my fugee from my overflow chamber. I figured it cant hurt to have extra filtration and that it will help keep my fugee oxygenated and agitated? My more experienced friend thinks im an idiot, how about everyone else? : )
