Is there a coral dip which would eliminate ich? Or is the only option to qt it fishless for 72 days.

There isn't. In one of his life stages, Cryptocarion Irritans (ich) is a cyst that's well suited to resist all kinds of dips. That is also when they would be attached to your pets.
Only 3 high success methods to avoid display tank situations are Tank Transfer Method, Copper treatment and Quarantine.

Tank Tranfer and Copper are for fish only. For corals, inverts or anything that does not host ich but which could have tomonts or encysted stage attached, the only way to be sure is a 72 day fishless quarantine.
Now there are ways to reduce your risk. For example; since the tomonts attach to hard surfaces and not the flesh of corals, removing frags from the frag plugs and dipping and rinsing to ensure none of the water enters your system should greatly minimize your risk if introducing to your tank.
