40b stock?

I have two 40 gallon breeders, looking for the stock for each:

1st 40b: sand, t5 lighting, 40-50 lbs of LV with mixed corals, 25 gal sump, bean overflow.
Looking if this is enough or too much for a 40b.
-2 green chromis'
(i understand that they'll be aggressive to each other later on)
-2 (pair of clowns)
-1 Small orange spot goby
-1 Saphire Damsel

Looking to add later on:
-1 royal gramma
-some type of wrasse (carpenters)
- 1 firefish
-1 blenny?


2nd 40b: Mainly frag tank, 10-20 lbs of LV, in tank Filter, no sump, t5 lighting, Air pump for oxygen, and egg crates.
(No fish in it yet)
-2 green chromis
-6 line wrasse?
-Algae blennie
-maybe 2 pairs of clowns
-CUC
- or just keep 1-2 dwarf lion fishes
