Looking for something active in the red / orange color family. Been considering the Flame Fairy Wrasse but would like suggestions. Along with the coloration needs to be reef safe.

Thanks in advance for your comments

There are many fairy & flasher wrasses that are red/ orange and reef safe... Take a look at Live Aquaria for some ideas

As noted above there are many flashers and fairy wrasses, as well as ornate leopards, Halichoeres biocellatus, and H. iridis.

What about the Pink Streaked (Aetenia) Wrasse? Peaceful with striking colors and totally reef safe.

I think the Flame Wrasse is a prettier fish, but I bought my Pink Streaked from LA/DD and couldn't be happier. She is a model citizen.

The link I posted is a pic of a male, I personally like the look of the female...has more of a pointy nose like a six line.
