I unpacked my RMS kit and attempted to install my Gen 3 Radio Pro light to it tonight. Everything went smooth except when installing the x bracket to the sliding brace. It seems there is a small plastic clip that holds the x bracket to the metal arm. This is not a very tight fit and the light just dangles. I didn't put it on the tank after noticing so i just held it above my bed and gently moved the lights position and it fell off the bracket. This would have fell into my tank since it is a rimless tank with no top, probably would have fried the light and electrocuted all livestock.
Please tell me this kit is not held in place by one plastic clip! Did I install it wrong? Anyone else experienced this issue?
