It looks almost like a Sally lightfoot, or like some shore crabs I saw in Hawaii.

Yeah that is a Sally lightfoot. They are detritus feeders but can cause trouble if too large.

I don't think this is a Sally light foot crab, Sally light foots are not hairy like OPs crab, they also have different variegated markings. I cannot provide an exact ID but I would question it's reef compatibility.

Photo showing thickness of body would help. if its eating algae thou?

Hi,

That creature have been in there about a year and I don't see it causing any trouble.

At this moment lives on my sump, I'm feeding it Pellets for shrimps and I think is eating it.

I will take pictures of is thickness.

Hi,

I've already measured his thikness and it have 8.3mm / 0.32".
It have pointy claws.

I have it in a bucket and gave him to eat shrimp pellets, nori, and meaty food, nothing lefts.
