So about 2 months ago I bought a Deepwater Aquatics DC7 pump. Finally hooked it up 3-4 weeks ago and have been loving it up until tonight.
Came home to find the pump not working with temp in my display around 71 degrees. When I looked at the controller the 5th bar was flashing. The instructions said to call customer service but being Xmas of course they are closed.
I unplugged, and replugged without any change. Pulled the pump opened the volute and cleaned it out and still no change.
Wondering if anyone has either a similar pump or similar experience with some advice?
