Here is a quick video of a pair of bugs on my LR. Just curious what they are so I can learn more about them.. I have a weird fascination with all my bugs at the moment. ( I corrected it but autocorrect turned weird into wiener and almost made me look very silly)

In most cases yes, but there have been some reports of these things irritating certain corals though, zoanthids in particular.

Yeah I had a problem with them eating my SPS colonies while I was letting the tank run fallow. No fish to keep them under control and there were millions of them. They would tear pieces off the bases of the colonies.

Under normal circumstances fish keep them under control and I would consider them beneficial. From the millions that I had I never see any anymore.
