It almost looks like a nudibranch! However, it kind of makes me think of a carnation coral. Google pink carnation coral and see what you think. What is wrong with it, I cannot say but I think they are tricky to keep.

I agree that it's a carnation coral, they are an nps coral and very hard to care for.
