Ecotech Battery backup / Jebao RW-15

I am in the market to buy a Battery Backup for my Jebao RW-15 until i buy 2 MP-40 and the Vectra M1 in the future but i don't want to buy twice so my question is:

Can the Ecotech Battery backup work out of the box with Jebao's Power Heads and what will be the function of the Battery Booster coming out???
