I have an ATI dimmable 6x24w T5 fixture. I'm not sure if I have a settings issue or a ballast issue.
It has two channels (not sure what this means?). Both channels are set to 100% with the manual function, which I think means all on all the time. None of the bulbs are burnt out and 4 of the 6 slots do not. I think this is a ballast issue. Which would mean I have 2 bad ballasts.
Can anyone please shed some light on this situation? Picture attached. The controller is on the left hand side of the picture.
